Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-29

This Privacy Policy describes how St George Foundation Experts ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit our free inspection form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, and what you tell us about the problem you're seeing.

We Are a Referral Service, Not a Contractor

St George Foundation Experts is a marketing and referral website. We do not perform foundation repair work ourselves. When you submit our free inspection form, we share the information you provided — your name, phone number, email address, property address, and what you told us about the problem — with an independent, local foundation repair contractor, so they can contact you directly to schedule and perform the work.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to connect you with a contractor who can address your request, as described above. We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling the request you made.

Form Processing

Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, our website form provider, and then delivered to us. Formspree has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data in transit — see formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Call Tracking

We use WhatConverts, a call-tracking and lead-attribution service, to understand which marketing sources lead to phone calls and form submissions. WhatConverts may collect information such as your IP address, the page you visited, the site that referred you, and — if you call us — details about that call, so we can measure which marketing efforts are working. See WhatConverts' own privacy policy at whatconverts.com/privacy-policy for details on how they handle this data.

Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar general-purpose analytics tools on this site, beyond the call tracking described above. If that changes, we'll update this section to describe what's collected and how you can opt out.

Cookies

This site does not set its own first-party cookies. WhatConverts (see "Call Tracking" above) may use cookies or similar technology to attribute calls and form submissions to their marketing source. If you submit our form, your submission is also processed by Formspree (see "Form Processing" above), which may set cookies or use similar technology as part of handling that submission — see their privacy policy, linked above, for details.
